NOTE: You can create database manually or let the script create database. If you want script to create database make sure that given account has enough privileges to do that.
Set write permissions on folders:
  1. /banners/img
  2. /banners/swf
  3. /backups
  4. /documents
  5. /config
  6. /log
  7. /tmp
and files:
  1. /documents/news_affiliate.html
  2. /documents/terms_affiliate.html
 You can do that by using chmod command from terminal or FTP client.
